Booking Policies Ecolodge

All space requests and reservations must be sent to ecolodge@casanaturahotel.com for tour operators and travel agencies and should include the following
information:

  • Complete name (s) of the guest(s) with passport numbers.
  • Arrival and departure dates.
  • Number of nights stay.
  • Type of room (s) required.
  • Special requirements.

In order to confirm any reservation for Casa Natura a deposit of 30% per passenger or the total group is required. Only when the deposit is received, the booking
is re-confirmed.

The 30% reservation deposit is non-refundable, but in case of extraordinary circumstanses, you can use your deposit in a future stay with us.

Final payment (balance) must be done 45 days prior to arrival.

Any adjustment to the above arrangements can be confirmed only by the Reservations Department and must be in writing to be valid.

If we do not receive any deposit to confirm the reservation, the room availability is subject to change.

 

 


 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations made 30 days before the guest’s arrival date, a penalty of 50% will apply.
  • Cancellation made between 20 and 29 days before the guest’s arrival date, a penalty of 80% will apply.
  • Cancellation made from 0 to19 days before the guest’s arrival date, a penalty of 100% will apply.

Any changes to the above arrangements are not valid unless confirmed by email by the reservations department.

It is the client’s responsibility to know the Terms and Conditions of Casa Natura when booking. Not knowing them does not exempt the clients from this
responsibility.

It applies to all terms and conditions expressed above.

Casa Natura will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by reasons beyond our control and no refunds or partial refunds will be given for late cancellations
or no shows due to any reason.
